Manage the production of financial reports for the company, including corporate accounting and earnings reports, that are presented to management, shareholders, auditors, and regulators.
Collect data from financial analysts and accounting staff and present, analyze and manage filing of reports.
This is position is located in Temple, Texas and interested candidates should be located in the area.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / TECHNICAL ABILITIES:
Prepare and review internal and external financial statements.
Monitor compliance with reporting guidelines, accounting principles and other internal control policies and procedures.
Stay current with changes to accounting standards and regulatory pronouncements that impact the business.
Coordinate and provide direction for special projects or ad-hoc reporting requests for financial reporting.
Assist in the creation, review, and revision of accounting policies.
Interact with various decentralized accounting groups and all levels of operational management.
Supervise a variety of accounting and clerical staff.
Maintain a diligent attention to detail and accuracy in all reporting work.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A teammate in this position must have:
Current active Certified Public Accountant license.
Bachelor's degree with a major or primary emphasis in accounting.
Five years of financial accounting or financial reporting experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with advanced data analytics software applications such as Alteryx and Tableau.
Ability to identify and work through problems and conflicts in a clear and diplomatic manner.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
