We are searching for a dedicated and driven Maintenance Administrative Assistant (Coordinator) for Real Property Management Talent.
The Maintenance Manager/Coordinator is responsible for managing the business's maintenance division.
This person must be well-versed in vendor and client relations and adhere to strict time schedules.
This position will be responsible for timely and complete work to the standards of the Real Property Management Talent organization.
Paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, and a quarterly bonus structure, too!
This position will start out Monday-Friday, 9 am-2 pm with the possibility to move to full-time in the future.
Responsibilities
Coordinate property make-readies, routine and preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate maintenance records
Manage all maintenance-related scheduling and invoicing
Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants.
Ensure work is performed within maintenance budget limits
Manage and direct field Maintenance Technicians
Source local vendors and maintain vendor relationships
Follow up on work orders, completed work, owner approvals, etc.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Property management industry experience REQUIRED
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Excellent problem-solving (or conflict resolution) skills
Must have excellent technical/computer skills and be comfortable learning new software
Appfolio experience not required, but a big plus
Minimum typing speed: 40 wpm
Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
General maintenance and repair knowledge is a plus
Two years experience in administrative support and/or general maintenance
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Exceptional customer service ability
Organized and high attention to detail
