Manage the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce.
com (SFDC) to enhance our customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth integration with various business systems.
Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization through strategic collaboration and a comprehensive approach to managing SFDC.

PAY AND BENEFITS: The pay range for this position is $95k to $115k based on qualifications and experience.
This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 12.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Oversee and manage Salesforce.

Collaborate with IT and cross functional teams to customize and configure Salesforce.

Develop and execute training programs for end-users to maximize Salesforce.

Responsible for SFDC administration and reporting, manage daily support tasks for SFDC.
Provide ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
Implement and maintain data management best practices.
Design and generate custom reports and dashboards for insights into sales performance and service level key performance indicators.
Analyze data trends and recommend optimizations.
Implement and refine workflow automation to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Identify opportunities for automation to improve operational efficiency.
Enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data in Salesforce.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Support Director, CCOE to conduct a gap analysis of the current SFDC environment and recommend improvements to assist the business in achieving its goals, drawing on best practices and professional experiences.
Regularly review business processes, identify improvement needs, and formulate project plans with various stakeholders.
Lead and motivate a team of multiple direct reports.
Create a skilled and high performing team by recruiting, training, writing performance appraisals, giving feedback, holding accountable, and providing corrective action as necessary.
Become well versed on all aspects of McLane Company and the industry as a whole.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years of commercial or IT experience.
Knowledge in all aspects of McLane Company and the industry as a whole.
Experience managing and leading teams is desired.
Strong computer skills to include McLane systems plus Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to balance multiple projects, interact with a wide range of key stakeholders, and provide superior support to McLane business unit.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Leadership abilities to include both verbal and written communication skills, a professional attitude and appearance, strong self-confidence, multi-task-oriented decision-making skills, and the ability to plan for success.
Able to work with and communicate with many different reporting level groups, to include sales teams, peers, subordinates, mid-managers, and senior mgmt.
